Hard to fathom how that bolt could have been ripped out without breaking the casting. Are there any threads left? Or is the hole in the casting smooth and the bolt threads into the camchain runner? If it does, you will have to go in and replace the runner. Worst case, it passes through the runner and threads into the cylinder casting on the far side of the runner. A larger bolt may not work then, it may be too large to pass through the hole in the runner.
